How to make California sushi rolls?
This maki sushi was invented in the United States, its main characteristic is that it has nori seaweed on the inside and rice on the outside, and it is also known as Uramaki Sushi, which means "rolled upside down".
- cooked sushi rice
- 1⁄2 nori seaweed
- 1 stick surimi
- 1⁄4 avocado
- 1⁄4 salad cucumber
- sesame seed
Cut the surimi and cucumber into sticks.
Cut the nori seaweed in half.
Place one of the seaweed halves on the sushi mat and cover it with rice.
Add sesame seeds on top of the rice.
Turn the seaweed over so that the rice is on the bottom and place the ingredients on the part where the nori seaweed is visible.
Roll up and even out the edges.
Cut the roll into 8 pieces of the same size. Eat and enjoy!
