How to make Dalgona Whipped Coffee
Whipped Coffee, also known as Dalgona coffee, is a beverage made from coffee, sugar, hot water, and milk. This coffee became an internet sensation due to its unique making process and its mesmerizing creamy and frothy texture. In every sip, you relish intense flavors of coffee balanced with the sweetness of sugar and creaminess of milk.

- 2 tbls of sugar
- 2 tbls of hot water
- Milk (to serve)

1. Step
Combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a mixing bowl.
2. Step
Using a whisk or a hand mixer, vigorously whip the coffee mixture until it becomes light brown, fluffy and holds stiff peaks, this may take about 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Step
Heat the milk and pour it into a glass. Spoon mounds of the frothed coffee mixture on top of the hot milk.
4. Step
Using a spoon, smooth out the whipped coffee over the top of the milk.
5. Step
Serve the whipped coffee with a spoon for stirring and enjoy.
