- 1 mango
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 400 g sticky rice
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Soak the rice for 12 hours. Then, cook it for 1 hour.
Mix the coconut milk with sugar and stir until boiling. Add the salt, stir, and set aside.
Peel and cut the mango
Mix the cooked rice with 3/4 of the coconut milk preparation.
Add the mango and the remaining coconut milk.
Serve and enjoy.
