Original Italian Pizza Dough
This is a traditional recipe for Italian pizza dough, which is beautifully crispy.

Ingredients

 - 500 g special fine flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 7 g Instant yeast
- 325 ml water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1. Step 
  Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Step 
  Add water and olive oil and stir.
3. Step 
  Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
4. Step 
  Let the dough stand in a warm room covered with a towel for 1 hour.
5. Step 
  The dough should double its volume after an hour. Divide it into 4 parts.
6. Step 
  The basket is ready for use.
