Rolled Chicken Breasts
This is a delicious and unique twist to the regular chicken meal. The chicken is marinated in a mix of spices, rolled up and cooked to perfection. Perfect for lunch or dinner, this dish is guaranteed to impress your guests.

Marinade
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 spoon paprika
- 1⁄2 spoon black pepper
Chicken
- 4 Pieces boneless chicken breast
- 1 spoon salt

- 2 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
Prepare the marinade by combining the listed ingredients in a bowl.
Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and gently pound them flat using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
Apply the marinade evenly over the chicken breasts and roll them up tightly. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the rolled chicken and cook until all sides are golden brown and the inside is no longer pink.
Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
