Simple Homemade Steak Dry Rub Seasoning
This Steak Dry Rub Seasoning will add a spicy, hearty flavor to your favorite cuts of beef. This rub is a savory mixture of premium spices such as paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and much more. It's very easy to prepare and can be kept stored for up to six months so you can use it whenever you want. It will turn your ordinary steak into a mouth-watering main course.
- 2 tbls paprika
- 2 tbls crushed black pepper
- 2 tbls Kosher salt
- 1 tbl granulated garlic
- 1 tbl granulated onion
- 1 tbl crushed coriander
- 1 tbl dried dill
- 1 tbl crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Gather all of your ingredients.
In a bowl, combine the paprika, black pepper, kosher salt, garlic, onion, coriander, dill, crushed red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Store your Seasoning in an airtight container away from heat or light, it will be good for up to six months.
When using, generously season both sides of the steak with the rub before grilling or roasting.
