Sourdough Pancakes
Recipe for sourdough pancakes, suitable for breakfast or dinner.

 Starter:
- 75 g Wheat flour
- 75 g Of water
- 1 tablespoon Sourdough
Pancakes:
- 450 ml milk
- 100 g Of flakes
- 200 g Of spelt flour
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pcs apple
- 1 pcs egg

1. Step 
  Let's prepare the starter. Mix together the flour with water and leaven. Cover and let it ferment for 12 hours at room temperature.
2. Step 
  Then add milk, oats, flour, and sugar to the mixture. Cover again and let it ferment for 3 hours.
3. Step 
  Then we add the shredded apple and egg.
4. Step 
  We fry pancakes on both sides.
