- 3 pasilla chillies
- 3 guajillo chillies
- 1⁄4 Cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoon sesame seed
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 spoon clove powder
- 3 medium tomato
- 2 tortillas
- 3 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon sultanas
- 4 tablespoon chicken flavouring powder
- 1 bar Mexican chocolate
- 2 cups water
Place chillies, garlic, onion, onion, tomatoes and water in a pressure cooker. Cook until the first whistle. Reduce heat to low and cook for a further 5 minutes. Let cool.
Toast sesame and pumpkin seeds in a frying pan for 4 minutes over medium heat.
