Vegan and easy banana chocolate chip muffins recipe
Banana chocolate chip muffins can also be healthy and vegan-friendly. This recipe is easy, quick and delicious.
- 3 bananas
- 1⁄4 Cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 Cup almond milk or soy milk
- 11⁄2 Cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil
- 1⁄4 Cup chocolate chips
- 1⁄4 Cup pecan
Mash the bananas.
Add the sugar, milk and cinnamon. Mix.
In a measuring cup put the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix.
Add the mashed bananas to the mixture. Stir.
Once the mixture is homogeneous, add the oil, nuts and chocolate chips and mix.
Butter a muffin tin and pour the mixture in with a spatula.
Place the muffin tin in a preheated oven at 170°C and bake for 1 hour.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool for about 15-20 minutes.
