1. Step

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch.

Heat the vegetable skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Add the minced and grated ginger to skillet and stir-fry for a minute.
