- 1⁄4 Cup self-rising flour
- 4 potato
- 2 cups beef broth
- 11⁄2 Cup chicken stock cube
- ground black pepper

- 2 cups cheese curds

1. Step 
 Wash and slice your potatoes into french fry shapes. Deep fry them at 170 degrees Celsius for 8-13 minutes. Add salt.

2. Step 
 In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour and stir regularly until it turns golden brown. Then add the broths, and season with Worcester sauce and pepper. Bring to a boil. Dilute cornstarch in water, and add to the broth mixture. Stir and cook till it thickens.
