Gluten Free Sponge Cake

 - 2 cups gluten free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Step 
  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. Step 
  In a large bowl, mix together the gluten free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.
3. Step 
  Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the milk and vanilla. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
4. Step 
  Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
