How to cook Thai jasmine rice?
It's a type of long-grain, fragrant rice, reminiscent of Pandan. The grain is off-white and somewhat transparent, very typical of Thailand, where it is known as "Khao Hom Mali". The colour of the grain is so white that resembles the Jasmine flower.

 - 2 cups jasmine rice
 - 21⁄2 cups water

1. Step 
  Wash the rice.
2. Step 
  Remove water excess and add the exact quantity of water.
3. Step 
  Flatten it and cook it over high heat.
4. Step 
  When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 12 minutes.
5. Step 
  Turn off the heat, and leave it to stand for another 10 minutes.
6. Step 
  Serve and enjoy.
