How to make Easy Eclair Cake

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. On low heat, combine milk, water, butter, sugar, and flour. Take off the stove and add 5 eggs.

Grease your baking tray and spread the batter out evenly. Bake for 20 minutes. Afterwards let it cool to room temperature.

For the frosting, whisk together two eggs and sugar. Then add flour, cornflour, and milk. Heat up on low heat while continuously mixing until it thickens. Remove from the heat, then add butter and vanilla extract.

Whip the whipping cream, then add it to the rest of the frosting. Gently combine. Spread the frosting over the baked batter. Then drizzle with chocolate and strawberry icing. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy!
