No-cream spaguetti carbonara recipe

- 400 g spaghetti
- 4 egg
- 150 g Parmesan cheese
- 200 g bacon
- black pepper
- olive oil
Add a pinch of salt to a litre of boiling water. Add the spaghetti and cook for 10 minutes
Put two egg yolks in a bowl and whisk them together. Add the grated cheese and mix both ingredients with a fork or whisk. Set aside.
Put the oil in the frying pan and fry the bacon until golden brown. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Pour the freshly cooked spaghetti into the bowl where we made the sauce.
Add the cooked bacon and a cup of cooked noodles. Stir well.
Serve and sprinkle with black pepper and Parmesan cheese.
