 - 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g Yachts
- 100 g confectionery sugar
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- lemon juice

1. Step 
  Start by cleaning your strawberries and cutting them into very small pieces or blending them into a puree.
2. Step 
  Then in a large bowl, mix together the mascarpone, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice.
3. Step 
  When everything is well mixed, add the chopped strawberries and gently fold them into the mascarpone.
