- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 1 spoon salt
- 1 spoon sugar
- 31⁄2 Cup self-rising flour
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- vegemite
- 1 Cup cheese
- 1⁄4 Cup butter

1. Step 
 Combine flour, water, salt, olive oil, and yeast. Knead together. Then drizzle the dough with oil and let it rise for an hour.

2. Step 
 Roll out the dough on a flour-dusted surface. Spread butter and vegemite and sprinkle cheese on top.

3. Step 
 Roll up tightly. Cut into 5 cm thick slices. Sprinkle more cheese on top and let rise for another hour. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
