Tagliatelle with Spinach
Delicate, silky tagliatelle, served with fresh spinach and aromatic garlic. Ideal for a quick but refined meal.

Ingredients

 Tagliatelle
- 400 g tagliatelle
Spinach
- 300 g fresh spinach
Spices
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

Directions
 30 min.
1. Step 
  Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.
2. Step 
  In the meantime, on a large frying pan, fry the garlic in a little bit of oil.
3. Step 
  Add spinach and fry until it softens.
4. Step 
  Add the cooked tagliatelle to the spinach and garlic in the pan. Mix everything together.
5. Step 
  Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Step 
  Serve it hot. Enjoy your meal!
