The best meat spread that is very tasty, quick to prepare and can be stored for several days in the refrigerator. You can serve it with fresh bread or homemade baguette.

 - 500 g Of pork
- 1 pcs onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 100 g Ointments
- Salt and black pepper
- paprika
- A little water

1. Step 
  Cut the pork into smaller pieces.
2. Step 
  Clean and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Step 
  Melt the lard in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
4. Step 
  Then add the meat and fry it together with the onion.
5. Step 
  Season everything with salt, black pepper and paprika and add a little water. Let it simmer under a lid for about 20 minutes.
6. Step 
  Once cooked, blend everything into a smooth spread.
7. Step 
  Taste the spread and season if necessary.
