The richest and fluffiest waffles ever!
Waffles are a Belgian creation and are also called " Gofre", a word from French. Its preparation is not complicated at all and is very suitable to be used as a base for other desserts. Combinations with ice cream, cream or fruit are ideal to enjoy it.
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg
- 1⁄2 tbl vanilla
- 1 Cup milk
- 90 g melted butter
In a bowl, add the flour.
Add the baking powder
Add the salt and sugar
Mix until the ingredients are combined
Add the milk
Add the egg
Add the vanilla
Add the melted butter
Whisk until the mixture is creamy and thick.
Place a quantity of mixture in the waffle iron
Wait until the waffles are cooked.
Repeat the procedure until all the mixture is finished.
Serve with toppings such as strawberries, bananas, cream cheese, melted chocolate, nuts, and maple syrup. It's ready to eat!
