Authentic Italian chicken piccata recipe

- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 3⁄4 Cup Wheat flour
- 1⁄2 Cup white wine
- 1⁄2 Cup water
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- black pepper
- 2 tablespoon caper
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste and dredge in wheat flour, shaking off any excess. Set aside on a plate or tray.
In a large frying pan, heat olive oil over high heat and when hot, sear the chicken until golden brown on each side.
When all the chicken portions are seared, put them in the pan and add the wine, let it boil until it evaporates, then add the water, butter and capers and let it cook over medium heat, moving the pan in circles over the base to mix and emulsify the sauce.
Serve with pasta. But you can also serve it with cabbage salad and rice. Enjoy.
