Chicken in Cream Sauce
Tasty chicken in a creamy cream sauce, perfect for a family dinner. Preparation is straightforward, and the end result will undoubtedly satisfy all meat lovers. The cream sauce adds delicacy and exquisite taste to the chicken.

 Chicken
- 500 g chicken meat
- 1 teaspoon Salts
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Cream sauce
- 200 ml 18% cream
- 1 Cup chicken broth
- 1 spoon Flours
- 2 spoons butter

1. Step 
  Prepare the chicken: chop the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
2. Step 
  Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and fry the chicken until golden on both sides. Set aside.
3. Step 
  On the same pan, melt the rest of the butter, add the flour and mix until a smooth batter forms. Gradually add the broth, stirring all the time.
4. Step 
  When the sauce starts to thicken, add cream and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Season to taste.
5. Step 
  Add the chicken to the sauce and simmer together for another 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite garnishes.
