Chicken Sauce
This excellent chicken sauce is a great complement to any chicken dish. It's delicious, easy to prepare, and your guests will love it.

Ingredients

 - 2 Spoons olive oil
- 1 piece onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 125 ml white wine
- 200 ml cooking cream
- Parsley

Directions
 15 min.
1. Step 
  Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and fry until softened.
2. Step 
  Add the white wine and cook until half of it has evaporated.
3. Step 
  Add cream, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
4. Step 
  The sauce is ready to be served. It can be served with grilled or roasted chicken.
