Grilled turkey with basmati rice and vegetables recipe

- 2 cups cooked basmati rice
- 2 turkey breasts
- 5 branches broccoli
- 6 green asparagus
- 8 snow peas
- 6 green beans
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- olive oil
Peel the garlic clove and cut it into slices. Then, spread the garlic over the turkey breasts and cover them with soy sauce. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Trim ends off snow peas and green beans. Chop the broccoli. Remove the stems from the wild asparagus.
Put a pan on the fire with plenty of water and salt. Cook the snow peas for 5 minutes, the asparagus for 4 minutes, the green beans for 10 minutes and the broccoli for 8 minutes.
Brown the snow peas, asparagus, beans and broccoli on the griddle with a little oil and a pinch of salt.
Cook the turkey breast with the garlic on the griddle.
Serve the grilled turkey along with the vegetables along with cooked basmati rice. Enjoy!
