Halloween special pumpkin spice cake recipe

- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 Cup oil
- 400 g can pumpkin
- 2 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
Ingredients for cream cheese frosting
- 250 g softened cream cheese
- 1⁄4 Cup softened butter
- 11⁄2 Cup vanilla essence
- 11⁄2 Cup confectionery sugar
- 3 tbl milk
- 1 teaspoon Food colour (Green and orange)
Add eggs, sugar, and oil in a high-speed electric whisker to gain a fluffy consistency.
Add the canned pumpkin to the wet mixture and mix the batter slowly.
To prepare the dry ingredients, add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to a bowl and mix well.
Now, add the dry mix to the electric whisk in small portions and let it form a rich, well-combined mixture.
Grease the bundt pan with butter and pour the pumpkin spice cake batter into the pan. Let the cake bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Check for doneness with the help of a toothpick.
To replicate the cake in the image shown, prepare another cake with the same recipe. When ready and cooled, assemble the cakes by inverting them onto each other.
