How to make homemade green peppercorn sauce?

- 250 ml liquid cream
- 25 g butter
- 50 ml cognac or brandy
- 1 teaspoon green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon meat concentrate
Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and add the butter.
When the butter is well melted and hot, add the green pepper. Sauté it for a few seconds.
Add salt to taste and pour in the cognac.
Let it reduce for a couple of minutes.
Add the cream.
Add the meat concentrate. Stir well.
Leave to cook for 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove the pan from the heat and serve. This sauce is ideal to accompany any type of meat.
