Spaghetti with chicken in tomato sauce

A meaty tomato sauce with the delicate flavor of chicken and a hint of basil creates a unique duo with al dente spaghetti. A little garlic and chili peppers add spice, which of course can be modified to your taste.

Directions

40 min.
1. Step

Heat the oil in a large pot, add finely chopped onion, pressed garlic and chopped chili peppers - fry until the onion becomes glassy.

2. Step

Add the diced chicken to the pot and fry until it turns golden. At this stage, it's a good idea to add some salt and pepper - this will help the meat absorb the flavors better.

3. Step

Once the chicken is well fried, add the canned tomatoes. Remember that this is the basis of our sauce, so don't economize on this ingredient.

4. Step

In the meantime, cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package - I add a little olive oil and a pinch of salt to the water at the end to make the paste tasty and to keep it from sticking together.

5. Step

When the sauce begins to thicken, add chopped basil and mix thoroughly. The basil will give the sauce a distinctive Mediterranean flavor.

6. Step

Finally, we can add some more salt and pepper to taste, and combine the finished spaghetti with the sauce.
