Spinach soup with egg
Spinach soup with egg is a great choice when you want something quick and healthy. This soup is a great source of iron and protein.

 - 500 g Young spinach
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 l broth
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 100 ml cooking cream
- Salt, pepper
- Butter for roasting

1. Step 
  First, prepare the vegetables. Clean the onion and garlic and chop finely. In a frying pan, fry the onion in butter until golden brown and add the garlic.
2. Step 
  In the same pan, sauté the spinach that you have previously rinsed and left to drain.
3. Step 
  Then add flour to thicken the soup a little. At the same time, stir in the broth and season with salt and pepper.
4. Step 
  Let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes and then pour in the cooking cream.
5. Step 
  Cook the spinach soup for about 5 more minutes and also hard boil the eggs.
