Pasta with zucchini and spinach
A great recipe for those looking for a tasty and healthy way to include more vegetables in their diet. Zucchini and spinach are packed with vitamins and minerals and combine well with the flavor of garlic and olive oil.

 - 300 g penne pasta
- 2 pcs Courgettes
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- grated parmesan

Directions
 30 min.
1. Step 
  Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
2. Step 
  Cut the zucchini into thin slices and crush the garlic.
3. Step 
  Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized frying pan. Add the garlic and fry until golden brown.
4. Step 
  Then add the zucchini and fry until soft.
5. Step 
  Drain the pasta, add it to the pan and stir.
6. Step 
  Finally, add the spinach, season with salt and pepper and toss everything together until the spinach is soft.
7. Step 
  Before serving, sprinkle the penne pasta with zucchini and spinach with grated Parmesan cheese.
