Spinach and ricotta ravioli recipe

- 400 g minced meat
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 onion
- 1 celery rib
- 2 carrots
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 300 g tomato sauce
- black pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
In a saucepan, put oil, salt, pepper and onion, celery and carrots previously cut into small pieces.
Stir-fry the vegetables and add the meat.
Cook for a few minutes and moisten with white wine. Add the sauce and tomato paste and continue cooking for about 1 hour.
Drop the ricotta and spinach ravioli pasta into the water and cook for 5 minutes.
Season and serve. Enjoy!
